What happens when I hit 100 submissions?
Your forms pause until next month. Upgrade to Pro for 1,000/month.
What counts as a submission?
A submission is counted when form data is sent to our server. Forms with 'Send to Server' disabled (like calculators or quote generators) can still show summaries and generate PDFs, but don't count toward your limit.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel through your account settings. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.
How do I manage my subscription?
Go to Settings → Billing to update your card, change plans, or cancel.
What's the Early Adopter Deal?
First 100 customers get their first year of Pro for $99 instead of $190. After year one, it renews at regular price or you can cancel.
Do I need technical skills to use FormTs?
You write forms in TypeScript, but you don't need to be a developer. Use our built-in AI to generate forms from plain English descriptions, or bring your own LLM with our type definitions. We also have 400+ ready-made templates, comprehensive tutorials, and responsive support if you get stuck.
How does embedding work?
Copy a single line of code and paste it into your website. The widget loads your form and handles everything - submissions, PDF generation, and styling. Works with any website builder, CMS, or custom site.
What integrations are available with webhooks?
Webhooks send form data to any URL when someone submits. Connect to Zapier, Make, n8n, or your own backend. Use it to sync with CRMs, spreadsheets, email marketing tools, or trigger custom workflows.
How does PDF generation work?
Define a PDF template in your form code. When users submit (or click a button), FormTs generates a professional PDF with their data - quotes, invoices, reports, certificates. Works on Free plan.
What are AI follow-up questions?
A feature that makes forms conversational. You write instructions describing what additional info you need, and AI automatically generates follow-up questions based on user responses. Available on all plans - uses AI tokens which can be purchased separately. Great for lead qualification, intake forms, and feedback collection.
What happens to my forms if I downgrade from Pro to Free?
Your forms keep working. You lose Pro features (no branding removal, webhooks, email notifications) and drop to 100 submissions/month. Existing data stays accessible.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrade takes effect immediately. Downgrade happens at the end of your billing period. No penalties or hidden fees.
